Well established Wilderness Fishing Lodge includes a turn-key business, w/ large dock/marina, the only dock on the island, This lodge can accommodate 56 guest per day, has extensive fleet newer fish boats w/ mostly local native boat captain’s. Owner is willing to stay and assist new owner with the business operations. Total buildings square footage is 28,248. Constructed is in different stages starting in 1971with expansion of main lodge and three cabins in 1981. Dock/Marina A staging dock and fish processing building on 2 steel barges constructed in 2004 and 2006. Included is a Floating shore ramp (8’X160’ or 1280 sf) a main access float (140’X10’ or 1400 sf), 3 each finger floats (8’X480’ or 3840 sf) and a airplane float (12’X24’ or 288 sf) Total dock area is 7,908 sq. ft. This is the only dock on Killisnoo Island. No Real Estate Tax.
